·          Bob’s winterizing kit: 3 Bags Shock, 1 Qt. Algaecide, and 1 Qt. Stain and Scale. Larger pools may require an additional charge.

·          You will be notified a week prior to confirm your closing date

·          Please make sure your pool is chemically balanced (PH and ALKALINITY) and clean until we arrive.

·          Please have your plugs and safety cover near pool. Garden hose available near pool if we are cleaning filters.

·          Please have solar cover off the pool. Pool cleaners are the owner’s responsibility.

·          Please have chlorinator empty and remove the pool thermometer.

·          We will not be removing your pool light or diving board.

·          Chlorine tablets are very corrosive, never store near pool equipment.

·           $ Winterizing spas and water features are billed by the hour.

·           $ Additional pumping down, Pool vacuuming and cleaning are extra and billed by the hour.
