Construction
Many homeowners worry about how the construction process will effect their homes and their lives. To ease your mind, we've assembled a step-by-step outline to help you know what to expect. View the steps below.

Excavation for a vinyl-lined pool is a job for an experienced backhoe operator. Normally the side excavation is approximately two feet beyond the finished pool perimeter to allow for assembly and a concrete Footing  to be poured at the base of the wall.

The second step includes assembly of the steel panels and stairs, installation of skimmer and main drain as well as suction and return plumbing lines.

After completion of Step 2, a layer of wall foam is glued to the steel walls to add extra protection for the liner. Once the wall foam is applied, work begins on the floor. We use a substance called vermiculite that is mixed with water and trowelled smooth to form the shape of the floor. Coping is also attached to the top of the wall at this time.

In this photo you see the liner has been installed. The liner is offered in a variety of designs and colors. After the liner is installed, water is added to the pool. An electrician installs the proper conduit and wiring for the pool equipment . The overdig is then filled with stone in preparation for the concrete surrounding the pool.

After the concrete is complete, all of the deck equipment is installed such as the handrail, ladder, slide, diving board, and any other optional equipment. The fence is then installed Now you can enjoy all of the health, fitness, and entertainment value of a spectacular poolscape in your backyard!
